The Hotel is beautiful as advertised. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are huge and clean. The rooms are also set up for self catering.
The restaurant staff are also very friendly, pay attention to guests likes, the portion sizes of the food are good. Breakfast is continental and full English. The half board dinner menu is sufficient and you learn your favorites. You also have the option of ordering from the full menu.

Terrible food management by the chef, inability of any hotel staff to manage requests of cleanliness, for eg the hot tub was filled by yellow water. The team could not fulfill requests unless it was escalated to the GM, Julien.

It wasn't same as the picture. Nothing was liked over there. Will never recommend anyone to this resort. This is not a resort also looks like haunted place. Worst experience. Next time please recommend in booking.com before experiencing the reality at that resort.
