Fabulous facilities, well designed and meticulously maintained. A really delightful experience for the whole family. The wave pool, swimming pools, lazy river, water slides and children's playground kept my family happy and well entertained. Shout-out to the staff at the Galaxy: we received attentive, courteous and efficient service throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our vacation a beautiful memory.

As a tourist who can't speak Chinese it's very hard for me to get a taxi going to the hotel cause i think most of the taxi drivers can't understand english. however, when I got near the area, the hotel is really not hard to find.. from the front desk who is a Filipina, all went well and easy.. from the check in and her helping me on the directions on where to get food was awesome! the hotel room is very clean and organised. the staffs were too friendly and accommodating. the bed was too comfy that i even missed my appointment with a friend because I slept from 6pm till 4 in the morning (10hrs of sleep). the moment i woke up and felt hungry, i was hesitant to go out to look for food cause its still dark outside. then i found these complementary snacks, coffee and tea on the table and it solved my hunger problem (lol). they also have Netflix and their wifi is fast, I connected 3 of my gadgets and didn't experience and lag at all.
to sum up, it was really a great stay and i will definitely stay here again once I'm back in Macau.

Macau is a lovely place for a vacation. The people are really friendly. Go and wander around the residential area around Ah Ma temple. It's like Lisbon in Portugal. Visit the Museums, the Maritime museum was very well done. The Casinos were a great place to hang out and shop around.
