Everything! It was beautiful. New, modern and clean. Our sea view room was lovely. Spacious, comfy bed, massive bathroom with underfloor heating. The rooftop pool was lovely. The beanbag loungers were so comfy! The reception staff were so helpful from the start, helping us with luggage and taxis. The bar man (Lavat, I think? Sorry!!!) was so so lovely. We sat and had drinks with him and the owner who took the time to say hello on our first evening. Just really great people running a really great hotel.

Do not visit this beach. It was completely rammed all day although the views are nice this is shortlived! Mogren beach 2 has lots of large slippy rocks in the shallows of the far end of the beach and we found it very dangerous when trying to get in and out of the sea.

I liked everything, the apartments are small but comfortable, there is everything you need for a good rest. The Slovenian beach, the old part of Budva, Mogren beach, it's all within walking distance.
The owner is pleasant and communicative. They allowed early check-in (7-00) and late check-out (20-00). There is a shop, a bakery, a market and a fish shop not far away. Across the road from the apartments there are many restaurants located along the Slovensky beach.
Masa is a very friendly, proactive and helpful host! She provided us with supplies to help dry our clothes after we got caught in the rain and allowed us to leave her bags with her family while we spent the day in Budva. The apartment is very clean and well provisioned with a covered balcony. It's also close to the main bus station and a 20 minute walk to Mogren beach.
The main assets of this apartment are the rooftop terrace with a view of the coast and the lovely hosts. We really enjoyed the relaxed evenings on the terrace and the hosts advised on shopping/dining possibilities etc. The apartment was spacious enough for a family with comfortable beds and working air conditioners - everything was in order and fine. Free parking for Mogren beach is nearby. And a special crush goes to the cat who checked us on regual bases ;)
2-bedroom apartment was very nice, clean, well equipped with everything needed. Marko is a kind host with good communication, helped us with transfer from the airport. This apartment was located few streets away from the location shown in the map, but it didnt bother us as it was next to bakery, supermarkets, bus station, and easy walk about 20 minutes to mogren beach and to the old town. We would stay here again.

A good advice for visiting the beaches: the beach with view on Sveti Stefan is much more beautiful and more quiet than Mogren Beach. ( advice from a nice lady of Sweet dreams in old Budva.. try the cake there)
The location of the hotel was very good; you could quickly walk to the Old Town and nice restaurants, and it was wonderful to be able to walk to Mogren Beach. The breakfast was quite delicious. The staff were genuinely attentive."
The apartment was very beautiful and clean, all necessary technical devices were available. All rooms had air conditioning. The apartment is in a central location. In 2-3 minutes, you can reach all the restaurants. From this location to Mogren beach, it is a 15-minute walk. But there are also many beaches where you can swim, which are 2-3 minutes walking distance.
We had only good experiences with the host, very kind and helpful. I can only highly recommend him.
A spacious, clean room with a big tree behind the balcony that created a great shade on hot days. The apartment is perfectly located close to the Old Town and the best beach in Budva, Mogren Beach. A supermarket down the street is also an added value.
The host is very nice and speaks good English. She and the staff met my every need. The apartments are on a hill overlooking the mountains / sea and they are just outside the overly built up city of Budva. Good access to Jaz and Mogren beach. The terraces for each room are great!
This apartment is located perfectly in Budva's old town and is very close to the Mogren beaches. It looks very similar to the pictures and the host is very friendly and attentive to any issues we had, inviting us to watch the euros at his restaurant/bar. The kitchen was also well stocked and had all the essentials such as oil, salt, pepper as well as some extra seasonings. Sweet snacks provided on arrival were much appreciated.
