Staff are exceptionally warm and accomodating, including their Manager who was very attentive to us and our driver.
Location is a solid distance from NE town if you have a car.
Breakfast was better than a lot of other hotels, and floors in rooms, common areas and bathrooms were cleaned well.
They do provide drivers accomodation free of charge and comes with breakfast and dinner, which is a great add on.

We stayed in Nuwara Eliya for a week, trying out different places, and J's Villa was the best for its price and super clean. The host was really nice and helped us a lot. We felt at home during our 2-night stay. The host even said they could cook for us if we brought groceries, but we didn't try it because we ate outside. The location is good, not too far from the city – about 15 minutes by car. Overall, it's a really good place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

This hotel is located on the way to famous Horton plains, therefore it is convenient. It is in a very calm, serene environment with a beautiful panoramic view of the hills. Room was very spacious and clean with very good attached bathroom. We had very delicious Sri Lankan food. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish we had stayed for some more time.

Located a little down from the Ohia railway station, this accommodation was very mind-blowing and received a very warm welcome with a hot cup of coffee. Very friendly staff with smiling faces. Very nice interior and clean surroundings. They own a restaurant with delicious food and charge a reasonable amount for it.

This property had very very beautiful big rooms, very nice design overall, it was sparkling clean, the beds were big and extra comfortable, we had a quite large balcony with an amazing view over Nuwara Eliya.
The staff very very welcoming, helpful and polite.
Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options to choose from and it is served on a rooftop terrace.
I felt amazing staying here and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
