Hotel was in a great location. Staff was helpful in our kiosk check in. Bed was super comfortable for us. The coin laundry was a plus too.

The hotel is located in a great location, relatively close to metro, a few meters from a bus stop, no more than 20min walk from Gyeongbokgung Palace. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful, on multiple mornings we had to leave before breakfast time and after asking at the reception, a very lovely package of sandwiches were arranged for us to pick up before departure.

Great service, staff a super attentive, interior is new and the rooms are excellent! Breakfast buffet must be one of the best I’ve seen
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel room was really small, suitable for a shorter stay. The hotel has a washing machine and wonderful massage chairs. The cleaner brought new towels and water bottles every day. The location of the hotel is good, we walked several times to Myeongdong and Naksan Park. Metro and Bus also nearby.
