Every aspects of this hotel exceeds my expectation. It was dreamy stay at the facility with the world class facilities and view. The snowy weather adds more dramatic atmosphere to the warm swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the morning. The sauna with out door tub and snowy beach view was fantastic.

Gyeongpo beach is beautiful, wide and white; if you walk along the pine trees to the right of the hotel for 15 minutes or so, you come to Gangmun beach, not so beautiful but with some good bakeries, coffeeshops, and restaurants. The taxi drive from Gangneung station is cheap (and short), the pool area on top of the hotel spectacular (but you have as you have everywhere in South Korea, too, to pay for the hotel pool).
The hostess greeted us when we arrived and was really friendly. The Guesthouse had a cosy atmosphere and the 4-bed dormitory was a quite spacious. It was conveniently located close to Gangneung Station in a quiet street.
Exactly like all the good reviews. Host is very friendly and helpful, host gave me a ride to Ambok coffee street as she happened to have lunch appointment near by, very grateful. Clean cosy place, very simple walking distance from Gangneung Station and central market, including eating places. Highly recommended.
The location was perfect. It's near to the Gangneung station, so it's easy to travel from there. Also, the staff was nice and very helpful with information regarding to the city. 😊
