We arrived at around 1pm and they allowed us to early check-in. At the same time they offered free late check out at 1pm.

The hotel is clean, room size is good. We are able to open both our luggage and still have room to walk around. Hotel is located next to the train station (Seonyudo station line 9) and is accessible (less than 30 minutes) to all other parts of the shopping district such as Myeongdong; Hongdae Shopping Street, Goto Mall etc. There are also convenient shops, supermarkets, bakeries and many eateries.
Note that hotel do not provide tooth brush.
