The room had everything we expected including a large washing machine but was a bit small. The beds were very comfortable. 7-11 over the road if you get peckish. You can open the room windows which was great.

Not my first time staying in Dormy Inn, I stayed in the one in Mishima prior, so I know what standards the rooms are, the onsen is, and how good the breakfast is. I enjoyed my stay in Dormy Inn Kumamoto, it's walkable to the Kumamoto Castle and one of the shopping districts that connect to the Shimotori Shopping District. Onsen is nice as usual!
