A grand hotel which has maintained its reputation well. Service was excellent as would be expected, beautiful lobby and hotel bar (leather coaches, oak counter and a fireplace) with excellent cocktails.
Rooms were lovely, good size, nice view over the city and came with amenities that were well considered such as adaptors in the room. Bed was very comfortable! I also appreciated 4 towels for 2 people and an actual soap bar. Complimentary transfers to Osaka Station is also a nice touch. The hotel is by the river and has a lovely walking route up to Osaka Castle. It is not however in the thick of "late night Osaka" neighbourhoods so something to consider depending on your preference. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel, the shower was amazing with good pressure and a separatebath tub that was lovely and deep with new bath salts provided everyday! The tv had chromecast so able to stream straight from my phone. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the house keeping was wonderful! The lobby had a free coffee and soda machine and a coin wine dispenser. Close to different train stations and a 7/11 and a nice 15/20 easy walk to the main busy area of Dotonbori!

Location is perfect, short walking from the busy Umeda station area, but far enough to be quiet at night. Room was clean.
It's got a microwave, medium refrigerator, full stove/hood, oven, laundry machine, and modern toilet technology with full air controls.
The property is very close to Umeda station therefore, easy access to all main sites. Osaka is a fabulous city and you are able to enjoy its great atmosphere steps away from the hotel. Very good cafes and restaurants near by.

You get what you pay for, i.e. the rooms are small, but they have everything you need (esp. if you're a solo traveller like me). Convenient location just around the metro station, takes ~10 minutes from Osaka Umeda station.
We really liked our cute room. The check-in process was easy. The bathroom shower was good. We love the Japan toilets with the bidets. We also loved that the hotel was connected underground to the subway station of Osaka/Umeda station. It made getting around super easy. It was particularly useful as it rained a lot during our time. We also liked the location of the hotel and walked around the Umeda area a lot.
Great and convenient location, 3 mins walk from Exit 4 of Nakatsu station and 1-min walk for 7-11, Family mart; 8 mins to Osaka-Umeda station of Hankyu Line.
Hotel is nice and there is a lawsons mart on level 4. The tv is huge compared to the other 2 hotels i stay in japan. Onsen is a plus
