We had a great stay at Zentis Osaka. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance from main Umeda attractions,close to train/metro stations and convenience stores, in a lively neighbourhood with loads of high rated restaurants. However the hotel is quiet, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and our room (Studio) was very spacious. I would definitely recommend Zentis for a hussle-free stay and in Osaka.

The service was excellent from start to finish. We had a twin loft room, and it was spacious. The orientation of the beds was great. The overall room design was roomy and well thought out.

We were positively impressed by the spacious and light room, with a lovely little balcony on the river. The staff was kind and the location perfect. We really liked the design of the room and the amenities offered. Recommended!

This Hotel is amazing. Its very clean, has a very central location and is very very comfortable. Also is on the cheap side. I would recommend, the highlights are the super soft beds, the amazing shower and the complementary sodas and beverage at reception :D

Value for money, good location just few minutes walk from train station and 2 station away from Umeda station.

I stayed here for 3 weeks, as a part of a longer journey.
The Apartment is very conveniently located for me, as my Japanese friends live in northern Osaka. Also everything needed can be found here. There is also plenty of Bars or Restaurants, Caffées within very walkable distance.
Hankyu Station is less than 5 min walk, and a 5 min ride to either Jūsō or Umeda Station.
Communication with Yuko san was hardly needed, but was very friendly, when I had some wishes.
