The hotel is located near Hommachi station (4 min walk), where you can take the lines to some of the main areas of Osaka. There are also convenience stores just as close. The staff was always lovely, extremely helpful and spoke English. We had a double bedroom which had enough space to open 2 large suitcases on the floor. There was a small refrigerator, kettle and a desk. When cleaning the room, the staff always left 2 500ml bottles of water, which was always pleasant, considering the hot weather. The bathroom was decent sized, with a walk in shower, with back massager and options for handled shower or rain shower. The mattress was very soft, but it was surprisingly comfortable. There were two types of pillows to chose (all on the bed) a softer memory foam one and another, a bit more rigid.
The breakfast was very good, with five options (apart from a curry, the other were more western, with a variety of toasts and bread). On top of those choices, you also had fruit, yoghurt, cereals, tea, milk and juice. During the day, the breakfast area also functioned as a bar.

The location is really good (2 blocks from Osaka station, not far from Umeda station) so it was easy to move around in trains. The staff were quite friendly and helpful (without us asking they set up an extra bed looking at our booking for a family with kids). Room had a decent size and was well equipped.

Streets around the hotel are lively with a bunch of restaurants and shops. Room was fine, sink in bathroom could be bigger.

Good location and public transport accessibility. The district was relatively calm and not as crowded as Osaka/Umeda stations area but we could find very good shops and restaurants.
Really good apartment. A bit old-ish but everything is clean and well maintained. 15min walk from Umeda Station and 6min walk to Nakatsu station. Really accessible. I really recommend for short and long stays.
Self-checking kiosks made it easy for the many guests checking into the hotel at once, and comes in multiple languages. Located near Umeda station, it makes for a quick 5-15 minute walk to local eats, drinks, or taking a train elsewhere!
The location is pretty good, you can get to quite many places from Higashi-Umeda, and Osaka and Umeda stations are only a little bit further away. This area is not as crowded as Namba, but there's still many excellent restaurants and shops here. There is a public bath here at the hotel, and the baths themselves are very good. The hotel is clean and quite nice to look at. There's also a conbini on the 4th floor.
Very convenient location just a few minutes away from the station. If you are leaving from Osaka Umeda station, come out from West exit as it is the closest to hotel. The facilities provided are great for us with coin washing machine and dryer, microwave etc.
