Nice view and nice insta photo spots.

Nice view and nice insta photo spots. Tip 1: Take the 1st batch of the day. It will be little crowd and you can have plenty space and time to take photo. The staff will not chase you out. Tip 2: Alternatively, can choose between evening and spare about 2 hours to experience day view and night view.

The decision to do the galleria (combo) was somewhat difficult. To justify the additional cost, and after reading reviews that suggested buildings become blurry at that height. I can confirm that although impressive at 450 meters, it did not feel more special than at 350 meters. The definition of the city became diminished at that height. However, the separate elevator did add to the experience. If you are likely to get FOMO, just book the combo (if not, you will pay a premium there). If you cannot justify paying more than necessary to enter - take comfort knowing your aren't missing out on too much.

Tokyo Skytree has the highest observation decks in the city, but that is basically all. It can become very crowded and it is quite far from most interesting places. I enjoyed the outdoor observation platform of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower much more for example and other nice observation decks are even free.

Well worth a visit - day or night this place is perfect.

Well worth a visit - day or night this place is perfect. We went both in the morning, then came back at night to see Tōkyō in lights. Pay the extra cost for the 450m access - the views are spectacular. Keep an eye out for the lifts - we saw all 4, a beautiful touch to the experience.

Walking distance for 7-Eleven and Family mart. In your room, they provided slippers, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair tie, qtips, pajamas(or robe?), hair dryer,, and 2 water bottles. I may forgot a few but these were what I remembered and used. There is a mall next door as well incase you want to do shopping there or forgot a few things on the trip. Train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Great view of the Tokyo Skytree if you chose that option.

The hotel had everything we needed. Whatever was not in the room was available at the front desk. I very much appreciated the English instructions on how to use the washing machine properly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It also had a fantastic view of the Tokyo Skytree. The location was nice and quiet, with a convenient store at the corner of the block.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the Senso-ji Temple and is easy to reach from both airports. It has a beautiful view over the shrine and Tokyo Skytree. The staff was helpful and spoke good English.

The location is very good. You have the view of the Tokyo Skytree at the window. The property is also near the Sensō-ji temple. In the morning you can visit the Sumida River Park which is just below the accommodation. There is a 7/11 convenience store below accross the property where you can buy Japanese bento for breakfast and dinner. There is also an ATM machine which is very convenient whenever you need cash.

We loved the location, within short walking distance of Senso-ji and Tokyo Skytree, as well as close to transportation. It was wonderful to have our tea on the balcony overlooking the Skytree. The partially open-air bath was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the Japanese one.

Very spacious room. I liked the location being close to Senso-ji & Tokyo Skytree & the Matsuchiyamashoten Park right behind. I could imagine that the hotel rooftop would have a wonderful view of the sakura when in full bloom. Quiet neighborhood.

Very convenient location to Sensō-ji and Asakusa Shrine as well as an entrance to the subway just a few steps outside the front door. Like the other APA hotels I stayed at during my 2 week trip, while it was compact, it provided all the necessary amenities. The room even had a view of the top of the Tokyo Skytree and a portion of the river.
