The plave is bit tidy but for Japan it is expected I guess.It took a day for our family to settle and adjust the space but the overall facility was great. The best attraction is location...extremely close toOkubo station with great connectivity. Plenty of restaurants (including Veg) nearby and great shopping locations including a great market in walkable distance.Had a kitchen, microwave, washing machine and some utensils - Very convenient.
