Staff were excellent, we had a room on the top floor and it was very spacious and extremely comfortable. We paid for the breakfast ourselves and it was very good value I believe, with a large selection of various styles available. Location is not too far from train station and close to shopping district.

I had a wonderful room with a massage chair and seaside view. The room upgrade on booking was truly worth it. Location is great, just a few minutes from Aomori station and a short taxi or bus away from Shin-Aomori station.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast setup was absolutely amazing with a huge variety of fresh mains, sides, salads - everything! It was also clean and in a relatively convenient location a bus ride away from Shin-Aomori station where the Shinkansen arrives.

Close to Shin-Aomori station so it’s a good choice if you’re taking the shinkansen often. However, besides the restaurants in the train station, they are almost nothing else nearby. Restaurants close early too so plan ahead. However, the hotel is just 2 mins walk from the station. Breakfast is great and spacious. Room is clean, although bed is a bit hard. Staff are friendly.
Clean and comfortable stay for a quick one night stay in Aomori. Walking distance to JR Aomori station that connects to JR Shin-Aomori station for the Shinkansen, approximately 6-8mins walk. Food and convenience store nearby.
We booked this hotel as a layover before travelling to Kyoto from Hokkaido. This is near the Shin-Aomori station so it was very convenient. The price was great. Unfortunately, we had smoking rooms, but they did not smell that much after we had opened the window for a bit. It is a typical business hotel. but it was clean, friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was included. So all in all, it’s a great place to stay if you need something close to the shinkansen stations.
