I had missed my flight because customs took to long to go through and was able to find this place in the airport it was very nice location was great and i was able to sleep for a couple hours before going on another flight. And after 30 hours of flying i was so appreciative for the hospitality and above and beyond the staff provided and it was overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend staying there

The location was convenient and easy to get to from the train station. The room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - I prefer as soft of a mattress as possible and this was pretty good for a hotel mattress where they’re trying to accommodate as many different guest preferences as possible. I’d the mattress was comparable to nice hotels in the US that you might book for business travel or a family vacation. I don’t speak any Japanese, but didn’t have any issues communicating with staff.
Offering a massage service and a restaurant with International cuisine, Hotel Trusty Tokyo Bayside is a 7-minute walk from Tokyo Big Sight Station on Yurikamome Line.
