The hotel was modern, clean and with amazing views from the top floors of the Befco tower. Breakfast was great, and my kids got up early to maximize their time at the buffet! We had travelled to Sado island and wanted a hotel close to the ferry terminal, this one is great, as it is a 10-15 min walk, all within covered walkways.

The staffs at the hotel, front desk and luggage storage staff are amazing as just Japan can offer!
The restaurant in the hotel, the taste of breakfast especially their rice were wonderful. It was a popular restaurant, and so many people were waiting to get into the restaurant from 6:30 am. Long waiting was not expected in the early morning.
The lobby is clean and bright.

Neat and cozy room. Wonderful breakfast. We really loved the buffet style breakfast. They provided us with different menu every day. Kind and friendly staffs. Only two minutes away from JR Niigata station. After staying at this hotel, we were out of town to visit other place. When we got back to Niigata, we came back to this hotel. Enjoyed our stay here :)
Very nice buffet breakfast available. Convenient location - about five minutes walk from Niigata station. Lovely view from my room (eleventh floor). Neat and elegant interior. Nice laundry facilities and rest area in lobby (including complementary hot coffee).
Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and well equipped. Location is good, in between Niigata station and Furumachi, both within walking area. The hotel is not located at the main roads, thus the surrounding was clam and quite.

Nice amenities and little extras in the room and the hotel itself - for instance, toiletries in the lobby and the onsen area, mini icecream after onsen, nice ramen in the evening, etc. - lovely surprises.
The breakfast is great - with local dishes, such as noppei, included. That's a cool touch.
