The hotel was modern, clean and with amazing views from the top floors of the Befco tower. Breakfast was great, and my kids got up early to maximize their time at the buffet! We had travelled to Sado island and wanted a hotel close to the ferry terminal, this one is great, as it is a 10-15 min walk, all within covered walkways.

Very convenient location right next to the station and all of the conveniences that come with that (restaurants and shops). They had a nice public bath and all of the usual amenities/toiletries, plus some. Convenience store right downstairs was extra handy and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel, the taste of breakfast especially their rice were wonderful. It was a popular restaurant, and so many people were waiting to get into the restaurant from 6:30 am. Long waiting was not expected in the early morning.

Neat and cozy room. Wonderful breakfast. We really loved the buffet style breakfast. They provided us with different menu every day. Kind and friendly staffs. Only two minutes away from JR Niigata station. After staying at this hotel, we were out of town to visit other place. When we got back to Niigata, we came back to this hotel. Enjoyed our stay here :)

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and well equipped. Location is good, in between Niigata station and Furumachi, both within walking area. The hotel is not located at the main roads, thus the surrounding was clam and quite.
