Best hotel we stayed in our 2 weeks holiday in Japan. The hard product is excellent with clean modern rooms and a stylish homely lounge area. Breakfast is up there with some of the best hotels and has a home-cook feel to it rather than a commercial kitchen (try the seafood salad it's amazing). The soft product is where the hotel shines greater - staff goes above and beyond for guests. Special shoutout to Joe from Taiwan who mans the guest service desk from 2pm-11pm (we won't forget your recommendation at Mouriya!)
