The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay here. It’s up on a hill so the view was great. They have a small take out menu that was really convenient after a long day out. Cute gift shop. We requested a crib for our stay and they loaned us one for free. Would stay here again.

The staff are wonderfully welcoming, friendly and professional. This is real hospitality. Thank you so much to the whole team for making us feel great! The room design is clean and modern, maybe a bit odd in terms of color scheme and Japanese style bathroom, but everything is spotless. Chatan as a location is decent, and this is likely the best view / property in Chatan, but there are of course other beachfront locations further north…
