I found the quality of the rooms, the facilities available both inside the room and in the building, to be excellent. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I had a wonderful view of the city and docklands (towards Haneda airport).
This building has multiple restaurants, a supermarket, spa, ATM etc. And is location opposite the entrance the metro.
I think the area of Shinagawa is also perfectly located for those who want to live in a more residential area but get to the main hubspots within 30 minutes.
It's a short walk to many local restaurants and bars, you won't be disappointed!
Checking in and out was easy, and the rooms were cleaned daily unless you request otherwise.
