We found our room to be spotlessly clean. We chose this property as it had larger than average room size for Tōkyō. The two beds were very comfortable with room to walk around. The staff were pleasant. There are 2 train stations in easy walking distance - we used the Shin Okubo station the most as had best connections to places we visited. The Haneda limousine bus also stops at the Shinjuku bus terminal. We walked with our luggage from there via a stop for lunch at one of the many cafes. Took about 20mins. Taxis including Uber also available.

The staff, hotel facilities and service were outstanding. I have never experienced such attentiveness. I thank the Bellustar For such a wonderful stay. If we needed something to be delivered to the room it was there in a flash. The reception staff, concierge and housekeeping staff were all fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to everyone.

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel, impressed me with its excellent breakfast offerings, luxurious pool, serene onsen, and well-equipped gym. The hotel's impeccable cleanliness and breathtaking views from its high-rise location added to the appeal. Additionally, I loved the stylish and ambient atmosphere throughout the property.
