The location was excellent. It was in a very nice, high end shopping area and close to the Port and Sannomiya station. The common areas were all beautiful, we love the history details they had.

Room was amazing. So wonderful to have a bath with such a great view. Large balcony to enjoy drinks. Mini bar in the room was very reasonably priced. Great bonus to have breakfast delivered to your room at a time of your choosing.

Excellent size hotel room in a great location in Kobe. Hotel is within 10 minute walking distance of 2 train stations. It is also within 25 minute walking distance of the major attractions in Kobe: the Nunobiki Herb Gardens, the Kobe Port and Meriken Park, and Kitano Ijinkan. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite.
Meriken park at the hotel's doorstep. The japanese garden which u can look at in the lobby. Free shuttle bus to Kobe train station n back. Spacious room with chair n coffee table to enjoy the view of port. Besides Mosiac dining area, there was a mall with big Muji store n Aeon style supermarket opposite Mosiac.
Great location, easy to walk to Meriken Park, Harborland and China town, each one 5-10 minutes leisurely walk. I chose a room overlooking the harbour and the views were lovely, especially at night. Generous sized room.

Time flies when we're staying in Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. This meant that the overall experience is very good and we're indeed sad to check out. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we come to Kobe again one day.
The location is excellent for strolling around Motomachi, Sannomiya, and Meriken Park. It's also convenient for reaching Kobe Station, although I didn't travel in that direction. Moreover, the staff is very attentive to the environment; I always found a clean restroom available.
The locate of this hotel is excellent, it’s very close to the Meriken Park and Kobe port tower. There’re many great restaurants around this spot. If you come early, you can deposit your luggage at the reception, it’s free. The room is clean and quiet. Good place to stay for a night.
Beautiful boutique hotel steeped in history. Spacious well-appointed room, large comfortable bed. Great gym. Helpful staff. Excellent location-close to shops, restaurants, the museum, Meriken Park and the train station.
Great location at the beautiful Meriken Park near the sea. Just a 10 minute walk to Motomachi where there are great transport, shopping and food options. The hotel is spotless. The staff are exceptionally trained and very professional. Bell Captains were very helpful with my multiple requests. Outstanding facilities too - I especially appreciate the tiny details like having a microwave (and necessary cutlery!) at the mezzanine floor for guests’ use.
Simple but comfortable room with amenities and drinks provided, big TV, aircon and fridge, they could store my bags in self service lockers after check out too which was very helpful, Family Mart 1 minute away, also around 5 minutes away from Meriken park / Port tower
