The staff were very friendly and warm. Loved the Buffet breakfast. Room was beautiful with traditional Tatami mats and Shuji screens with mattress beds on the floor - super spacious. Breakfast was nice served on a tray at your table. I prefer buffet where you can choose what youd like to eat but this was nice Japanese flavours
