Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had a mishap with shopping bag left in a taxi and the reception staff all were so helpful in helping us get it returned. We stayed in two different rooms - our first six days were in a junior suite and then our last three nights were in two twin rooms - both were great rooms. The junior suite was very spacious, and the bathroom was amazing. It had a seperate toilet which was great with four people in a room. The massage chair was a much loved bonus, especially after walking in the heat all day. Quiet, comfortable and modern room. The twin rooms were perfect for two - bathroom again was great. It had less features than the junior suite, however was still a comfortable and modern room. The buffet breakfast was great - food was fresh, great variety and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Kids loved the pancakes! Location is great, away from the crowds and night time noise. Easy walk to the train station, and convenient 7/11, cafe and Starbucks near by. Highly recommend.
