I like the short walk from the train station. I love the view of the Sumida River from my room despite the concrete beams. When we visited Tokyo SkyTree, we could spot Apa easily because it's tall and next to the huge green roof of the sumo arena.

It was our third time in Tokyo, but the first time in an upscale hotel with a view. We can absolutely recommend it. Walking through the lobby every day with the great window front made our stay something special.
The room is also had a beautiful view. It was very cosy and clean. Enough space for two large suitcases and to spread out. Very nice staff.
I read a few comments about bad odour and had concerns, but cannot confirm this at all.
