The location is great. You can easily access the public transport and even walk to Sendai station. The hotel locates near to subway and shopping street.
Good, modern hotel. Very good value. Clean, comfortable. About a 5 minute walk to Sendai station (though note, the pedestrian subways around the station are confusing, and not very accessible.) I was very happy with the hotel.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially because it's close to sendai station. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us send our luggage to our next hotel. Staff wasn't fluent in English-speaking, but they tried their best and used a translator device to convey their message, which was highly appreciated. They had nice ammenities. Definitely would come back to this hotel again. Big plus, bottom floor had 7-eleven.
Location is excellent, it was practically right beside Sendai Station. 7-Eleven is right beside the entrance. It is a clean and modern hotel with nice rooms and amenities. Very affordable pricing for an average traveller who doesn't want to stay in capsules or hostels. Optional breakfast catering. Highly recommend!
Excellent location - just a few minutes walking distance from the Sendai station. Family Mart entrance within the hotel for convenience. 3 washing machine & dryers available on 2nd floor. Staff were super friendly and always attentive. Luggage delivery to this hotel and to the next was seamless!
For a 3 star hotel, the room was good sized and laid out well. It was clean and comfortable. Close to Sendai Station. Had a public baths too. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Would recommend for a 1-2 night stay if you want to be near public transportation.
The kingbed room is large comparing to other hotels in Japan within the same price range. The bathtub is equipped with Jagucci. Nice breakfast line. Located inside the Sendai station, connected to S-Pal shopping complex, super convenient.
The hotel seemed relatively new. The room was squeaky clean although a bit on the small side, but that was expected. They tried to sidestep it by providing luggage stowage space under the bed. Bathroom was pretty spacious for a Japanese business hotel. There is a coin laundry room that also has vending machines. The location is about a 15-min walk from Sendai Station. In the morning it is right by the super interesting Asaichi market. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Super spacious hotel rooms, especially for Japanese standards, comfortable bed, nice staff and close to Sendai station. It's not a big building which gives it more of a personal feeling.
