The hotel was very close to Sendai station and the city center. We enjoyed the amenities like water dispenser on each floor. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, with a big choice of Japanese and western style breakfast items. However, fruits were rare, which is a little bit surprising for a 4 stars hotel.
The hotel is located close to Sendai station where you can get the metro, local JR trains and Shinkansen. The staff was great and spoke well enough English. The hotel and the room were clean and fairly new. We appreciated that there was a desk in the room and enough sockets. The best part was certainly the breakfast, which included an amazingly big choice of Japanese delicacies.
Breakfast was a good spread of both Western and Japanese food. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. Its a bit of a walk from Sendai Station but still walkable. The bus to Yamagata was just diagonally across the street. The staff were helpful and friendly. Love that there was an onsen in the hotel and it was super nice to use it with the cold winter weather.
The hotel is great value for money - it's pretty much standard Japanese business hotel. I'm pleased the rooms are cleaned each day, and the shower in the bathroom is pretty strong. It's very close to the east exit of Sendai station. The 'Welcome coffee' is a nice bonus. The staff were nice and kindly provided me with an extra pillow on request.

The room interior and ambience beat my expectation and the money. It is spacious enough for one person to stay, which is rare for the business hotel at this scale in Japan. The location is within walking distance to Sendai station and subway system, which is at the centre of the city, making the transportation easy.
very comfy hotel, with good room size. Breakfast has a wide range of items, though western options are not so good (but that encouraged me to try some very good Japanese offerings).
I had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice, and it was good.
It is 10 minutew walk from Sendai station, and 5 minutes from a metro station.
Hotel is very close to Sendai Station as well as good selection of restaurants and bars. (We can recommend Habichey Roji Bar for great food and ambience.) We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage for the day in the very efficient locker system. The room was stylish and clean and the bedding fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Will look for other Comfort Hotels for other trips during our stay in Japan.
The hotel is very close to Sendai station and the breakfast is superb, with several extremely tasty local dishes. Also, the bathtub is quite spacious which I find it quite rare in Japan lol The staff are super helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family who are visiting Sendai.
The hotel reception was high quality with helpful staff. It’s not located far from Sendai Station and has a pretty good view of the city. The room itself was bigger than other hotel rooms in Japan and quite comfortable.
