There was a chapel area right in front of my window. I asked whether there will be an organization, because I sleep early. They changed my room immediately even though there were no organizations for two nights while I was there.
It is a very convenient hotel in line with the Japanese hotel culture. I found everything I need in the room. Entrance is chic. Location is perfect. Room service fee is reasonable. I like customer service barcode. Housekeeping is doing a good job. I don't enjoy sitting at breakfast so I didn't get the meal.

Great value for money, Basicm, good quality for little money.
The hotel is literally across the street from Okayama station, on the 5th floor and above, above the Bic Camera store. This was extraordinarily convenient - especially because you can access Ichibangai (and therefore the station) by exiting from the basement level of the building and following the underground corridors. Room was surprisingly spacious. This is a very convenient base to use if doing day trips out of Okayama.
Host is really friendly! The apartment feel spacious and is located near public transport. Rooms were clean and well organized. About 25 mins walk from Okayama station.
If I come back in Okayama in the future, I will book back at this apartment!!

Loved loved this hotel. This was one of my favorite hotels during a 3-week trip in Japan. The location is excellent: 7-min walk to JR Okayama station, close to restaurants/shopping, but on a quiet street. The room itself was extremely comfortable for a solo traveler. Just large enough (and easy on the wallet as well). I loved that they have a large laundry room (5 washers, 5 dryers) on the premise. They even helped made dinner reservations for me before my arrival. Overall, a solid hotel!
