The free shuttle at the train station was very appreciate, everything was perfect : comfort, beautiful, people was really professional and kind and the localisation was perfect
The onsen that can be privatised was also a huge plus as well as the hot bath in the chamber

We had a lovely stay! The staff was extremely helpful and nice, we were driven from and to the Izu Kogen railway station. The room was clean and modern, with a beautiful view on the graden. The hotel is a great starting point for Yogosaki Trail and Mount Omuro. In addition, there is the goodest boy in the hotel - golden retriever Nagi, who is friendly and you can pet him. We totally recommend this place!

The place is charming (e.g., has a bookable private onsen and a nice garden) and had all you need: a nice common kitchen, food you can buy, and even a projector in the room!!
The host was 10 out of 10 - a kind, young man whose basic English combined with great commitment and communication skills made the check-in and check-out smooth and a nice experience.

The owner, Tack, and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. They even arranged a free shuttle service to and from Izu Kogen Station for us. Our room was incredible and came with an automatic bathtub. And we got to meet their 3 beautiful doggies 🐕
