It was well located near Dotonbori/Shinabashi with many stores and restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and complimentary coffee and water were available in the lobby. The room was quite spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice with a walk in shower and bathtub.

nice hotel with a cute cafe at the entrance, service was great!
room was also nice, though we did not get the view on the river due to the lower floor and massive electric pole with bunch of cables in front of our window, we rented bikes from the hotel to go around town - very light and cool bikes!
