The Japanese traditional meals were very good! Especially the peach wine, it was so delicious!
The environment and Onsen of the resort was one of the best we have ever visited. Very zen and tranquil, we were surrounded by mountains and beautiful green trees, one can totally feel the beautiful natures and enjoy the feeling of being embrace by it!
Resort staffs were very caring and professional! The Singaporean boss and his Japanese wife heard that we are Singaporean, came to meet us! They are very hospitable and friendly!
Thank you for the hospitality, a great and lovely experience in your resort! Will surely recommend friends to this gem in Kirishima!

The host was super helpful to get to the place and especially out of the place after a rain storm. The place was very comfortable for having to spend the day inside due to very bad weather.

Comfortable and homely. Close to main features of the area. I would mention that less agile people would have trouble with the bedroom stairs. Must have a car.
Great buffet held in 2 very busy sittings. Plenty of super seafood and veg plus some Western options. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding and there was plenty of extremely hot water. We were provided with dressing gowns and slippers.
The staff were super kind and helpful.
Buses up to the Ebino Plateau enabled us to undertake some truly stunning walks on the volcanoes.
