The service it is excellent, Camile the host it is the best we had in our trip to Japan, he not only speaks fluent english also spanish, he will assist you in all your needs and spoiled you

The staff provides top-notch professional service. They really know how to take care of you. The onsen, especially the outdoor portion, was delightful. Bus stop going towards Chuzenji/Nikko is right in front of hotel.
Lake Side Nikko Hotel features a hot spring bath and a public bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodations in Nikko, 11 miles from Nikko Toshogu Shrine.

The hotel is located next to the Chuzenji Lake and the walking trail. The bus stop (from/to Nikko) is just right at doorstep of the hotel. The foods are all great and staffs are so nice. The onsen is quite small but it’s ok for me.
