Modern, well run, city hotel in a good location. Facilities were good, in particular, the Japanese bathhouse on the top floor with great nighttime views.

i liked that it was close to a tram station and had an Onsen!
Great location - right next to the harbour and walkable distance from the morning market and the Brick Warehouse shopping area. We were also easily able to walk to the Hakodate ropeway!
The rooms were clean but the pillows were a bit stiff for me! But the blanket was extremely comfortable, and it was nice to have a room to ourselves! It was very spacious but the toilet was kinda far
Huge apartment style room. Service from all staff are incredible and made our 4 days stay very memorable. We walked from the hotel to Red Brick House and slowly stroll to Mt Hakodate Ropeway. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Highly recommend the conveyor sushi near JR Station (Nemoru Hanamaru), had our best meal there with reasonable pricing.
The staff here are vey helpful and polite. Location of the hotel is within walking distance to most of the attractions especially the Mt Hakodate Ropeway.
Cleanliness is superb. Location is good, we walked easily to Red Brick Warehouses, and even the Mount Hakodate Ropeway was walkable. For other attractions further away, we took the tram from Jujigai station to get to Hakodate JR station for the buses there. The house was facing the road but it wasn’t noisy at all.
I loved the city views looking over the fish market and the sea. The aesthetics of the lobby and the hotel rooms.
The staff were so friendly, the ease of getting some food (lots of different places to eat). Make sure you do yourselves a favour and go to The Hakodate Ropeway.
The room itself was comfortable and the location was great - just across the road from the train station. Easy walk (30 minutes to Motomachi area and Mt Hakodate ropeway and walking trails). Also very close to the streetcar/tram.
Walking distance from Hakodate JR Station to attraction sites eg charming Daimon Yokocho 大門横丁 food street, 2km to Mt Hakodate Ropeway; Goryokaku fortress park. Stylish hotel with complimentary soft drinks, wine, ground coffee and ice popsicles. Seawater onsen with outdoor tubs. Room is new and stylish. Sound proofing is generally good between rooms but not for loud commotion in the corridor.
Basically everything. Lovely twin room with view of the station Square.
Fantastic breakfast buffet of some western and Japanese dishes.
Kind staff who helped as much as they could.
Right next to morning market, Hakodate station, walking distance to daimon yokocho, redbrick warehouses and Mt Hakodate ropeway.
Onsen was very nice, maybe a little crowded as it is shared with the gym next door.
