The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.
Fabulous location over looking the garden of Villa d’Este, set on a tiny cobblestone street. Lovely outside terrace. Very comfortable quiet apartment with character. We loved our time in Tivoli a gorgeous town. Gina was a wonderful host, who met us when we arrived, we also really appreciated her help with arranging a taxi for us when we departed. Would love to return!A
Wonderful! We had a surprise upgrade to a huge and spotless apartment with wonderful views. The staff were lovely. Breakfast had extras like yogurt, fresh juice and a scrambled egg. Easy walk to Villa d’Este and town. Paid parking outside between 8am and 5pm so remember to run out before 8am and buy a ticket!!
Very nice, recently renovated apartment, fully equiped kitchen, spacious bedroom and living room. Unattended access thanks to a safe to collect keys any time of arrival. Easy communication with owners on whatsapp, provided all information and reccomendations. Walking distance from the Train station, to the center, Villa D’Este and Villa Gregoriana. We’ve had a great time.
This is a wonderful property in the old centre of Tivoli, bordering on the Villa d’Este property so it is an ideal location when exploring the estate!
The apartment has been wonderfully furbished and decorated, with lots of details that make the place cosy. We even had yoghurt in the fridge, coffee and croissants for breakfast - a really nice gesture!!
You can park the car for free just outside the city walls, a 3 min walk to the accommodation
The apartment is located in the center of Tivoli. Villa d’Este, Villa Gregoriana are within 5 minutes walk from there. Parking is around 300 meters away, but there is possibility to stop near the apartment and leave the luggage. The owner Filippo was very helpful and communicative. The room was very clean and well equipped in all necessary things. We will definitely stay again at Regina B&B next time we’ll be in Tivoli :)
