Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!!
The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute.
I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice.
Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

Excellent welcoming. I am a cleaning maniac and I can tell you : it was extremely clean ! A nice smell when you get inside, a plenty of natural light, calm neighborhood, nice view from the balcony, we had everything we needed, plenty of towel for each one of us, air conditioning, netflix, amazon, fast internet, equipped kitchen, iron with ironing table, free parking always available even when you get back late at night. Cafe 500m away. Bakery 750m away. Really close to the highway.
The owner waited for us when we had +1 hour delay because our flight was delayed. He was very welcoming, took time to explain to us everything in details. He also took care of leaving us little gift for the next morning’s breakfast since we arrived late at night.
It’s really rare that I find no negative point but I can you tell you this apartment was PERFECT ! We felt so comfortable enjoyed our staying there.

We stayed at Valmontone travel rooms was a lovely place.
The city looked pleasant and quiet.
The train station was very accessible and easy to understand when going to Rome.
Everything was great. The room was very clean and we liked the easy access to the pool. The cleaning was done every day thoroughly. They have a restaurant where you can have breakfast and dinner which is very convenient. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. The staff accommodated all the requests we had, even provided us with transportation to the train station to get to Rome.
Staff is very pleasant, rooms are very big and clean (apartmans have two rooms, small kitchen, two balcons and bathroom).
Restoraunt near the hotel is excellent (steak and pizza is for every recomandation), and prices are popular.
Outlet Valamonte is very near (less then 3 minutes by car), big supermarket is on the walking distance.
Cappucino in hotel bar is very good.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area off the main road and is also very close to the theme park, Rainbow Magicland. Our room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The owner and her son were incredibly kind and always willing to help. We are already planning our next stay there.
Very quiet, serene views, friendly hostess, and accomodations were plenty even for a family of five with three kids under 12. Big yard space, minutes away from amusement park and outlet mall, very close to Rome. Full kitchenette, and a balcony with relaxing view. Highly recommend as a choice aoot in this location.
perfect choice for a stop over, next to highway but still quiet to sleep. The bar/cafeteria was a great add-on for a late check-in. Breakfast is good. the hotel is old but very well maintained, which makes it nice. Clean. really good value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay here. We felt welcome at arrival, it was a hot day and the owner even gave us a Coke and a water which helped. The room was comfortable and the location is close to the outlet mall and the Autostrada.
We booked super last minute. Staff was amazing - very helpful, very nice, even with our late check-in. Free fenced parking is just across the road. There is also amazing pizza place just 2 minutes (walk) from the hotel.
Easy check-in and check-out with a key-lock system. For all who are as blind as me: the entrance of the parking is 30 meters away (between the hotel/restaurant and the Unicredit bank).
The hosts were really friendly and welcoming, room and house were spacious and very clean. Valmontone is charming little town. I would definitely recommend to stay there!
