I especially booked a two night stay to visit Villa d'Est and pre-booked tickets to the gardens. Very disappointed, as on arrival at the gardens told by the staff no water in the fountains as it rained the night before! My advice, before visiting try and check if the fountains will be working!

Such a wonderful and magical place the waterfalls are stunning the gardens are lovely places to walk around and the architecture and wall to floor there are sunning interiors a must place to visit if you are in Tivoli or in Rome.

The instructions we were given for self check in were excellent. The room was huge and beautifully furnished. The location in the historic centre was excellent and short walk to Villa D’Este. The breakfast was great and staff very professional and friendly. Would love to stay there again.
The apartment location is just perfect, few steps away from Villa D’este and Villa Gregoriana. Claudia was extremely friendly, always answering quickly and left a welcoming gift- olive oil. The terrace is amazing with stunning views and you can relax there in the evenings. Apartment had everything you need and was very clean. We are highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit a hidden gem - Tivoli. We will come back here again! Thanks Claudia for everything!
The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.
Fabulous location over looking the garden of Villa d’Este, set on a tiny cobblestone street. Lovely outside terrace. Very comfortable quiet apartment with character. We loved our time in Tivoli a gorgeous town. Gina was a wonderful host, who met us when we arrived, we also really appreciated her help with arranging a taxi for us when we departed. Would love to return!A
Wonderful! We had a surprise upgrade to a huge and spotless apartment with wonderful views. The staff were lovely. Breakfast had extras like yogurt, fresh juice and a scrambled egg. Easy walk to Villa d’Este and town. Paid parking outside between 8am and 5pm so remember to run out before 8am and buy a ticket!!
Very nice, recently renovated apartment, fully equiped kitchen, spacious bedroom and living room. Unattended access thanks to a safe to collect keys any time of arrival. Easy communication with owners on whatsapp, provided all information and reccomendations. Walking distance from the Train station, to the center, Villa D’Este and Villa Gregoriana. We’ve had a great time.
