Very nice rooms and top location in Bibione because you are close to everything but you remain privacy on your balcony unlike the hotels that are aggressively close to each other and the beach.
Here it's a minute walk to bars and restaurants, a big grocery store is close and beach is few minutes walking.

Host and all staff were exceptional friendly! We could check in earlier (unexpected), parking spot under the hotel, location near beach & main street was good, nice pool on roof top, charming "old" hotel
