My boyfriend and I spend 11 days at Hotel Nevada in July, and from the moment we walked into the hotel we felt so welcomed!
The owners are super friendly, they gave us tons of useful information and answered all our questions (in both English and German, as we yet don't speak Italian).
Even though we booked last minute (literally, we booked the night before we got there), a beautiful room on the top floor with a sea view was waiting for us. It's an amazing feeling to wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night with a few of the sea.
The hotel has their own small parking but when we came it was already full, so we parked on the street (blue liney) right across the hotel. The hotel has a deal with the city, that the hotel pays for your street parking and you pay the hotel for the parking when you check out and it is a bit cheaper than paying directly on the street.
Getting to the top flor is also no problem. The hotel has a small elevator in addition to stairs.
The housekeeping was the very best we ever had at a hotel - the room was maintained so well everyday, that we felt we were at home.
Probably the best part of our stay was the breakfast! All the different croissants (I recommend the pistachio one, it's a must to try it), the coffee, and much more. We were so lucky that one morning the owner baked her tiramisu! It is so good - like she invented the pastry herself! The best hidden gem is the surprise that they make for guests who have a birthday while staying at the hotel!
We really enjoyed the bikes they offer for free - we cycled all the way along the beach, and one Tuesday we cycled to Piazza Mercato where the Bibione marker fair takes place - there are so many options to shop there that it was very smart to take the bikes to it!

Starting with the check-in we received all the possible activities around the hotel and a place on their private beach (umbrella, 2 sunbeds and a safe included). The whole area is massively infested with budget family tourists. Everything is overcrowded. All the services are targeted at low-expecting tourists, which I guess corresponds with the available reviews ("They have the beach, wow! 10/10")... btw. the beach/sea is terribly filthy.

Bibione Spiaggia is really long beach very well equiped, but the water is not really clean there and there is a lot of small waves and grass. There is a lot of nice restaurants, for example Peperoncino is the one you must visit, with really fast staff and delicious food, not expensive at all. For example you should try cheesecake there, it's something. In terms of ice cream, there is Hocus Pocus, which is not cheap, but is a must try also. In fact, all that you want to buy in terms of souvenirs you can in that Viale Aurora street, there are plenty of souvenirs shops, market, gaming rooms where you can spent your money. I suggest trips to Parco Zoo Punta Verde and to Venice of course. To Venice we went by a train from Latisana to where you can get by a car or via bus. You will find free parking near the train station in Latisana.

The host did not contacted for the keys colection. I had to call and writte an emails before arrival to the destition, regarding keys collections. The apartment is rented by agency. My arrival was after agency working hours. Upon arrive to apartment, there was no light inside, no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper. Apartment was no prepared for the visit. In the rent vourcher is stated, that bed linens and towel are charged extra. It is ok. But no info was provided, that comunication regarding aformentioned items is needed in advance.

Firstly, in Bibione the weather is great! In fact, it hardly ever rains! It is the best destination for families with young children. There are plenty of outdoors sport activities for everyone: young and grown ups, such as cycling, beach volleyball, football, Zumba lessons, sailing, pedal boats, paragliding, etc. as well as plenty of places where people can go and eat good food at reasonable prices.

Very clean beach with a nice and smooth sand. The coffee shops located on the beach opened at 7am, so we could have a nice colazzione :) after we were watching the sunrise. Lots of activities for children starting at 10am and fitness/morning stretch/sports organisated within the beach administration. Also extra activities like boats or trips skyjet to keep entertained everyone. In Bibione is a Luna Park opened every night from 7pm to 12am. Near Bibione (15 min drive) we have visited Aqua Park and Zoo. We do recommend this beach, especially to families with children.

Excellent destination for families with little childrens - I would recommend to find accomodation in area Pineda - more private and possibility of private gardens for children playing.

5 minutes by car to the centre - a lot of possibilities for activity of childrens - lunapark, etc.
It is a great place for a family, children love the pool, which is just few meters from your house. Each house has very nice yard/garden, where you can do a barbecue, or just sit in the evening. The location is off the city center (if we can say Bibione has a center :)) and about 10 minutes to beach through park, or there is a beach shuttle, which stops just at one the vilagios gates. In addition you receive a voucher for a sunbed and umbrela on the beach, so you don't have to pay for it. Overall great value for money.
Great location. Very close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella included in the price which was very nice! Breakfast was yummy and we had dinner at the hotel as well which was also delicious. Everyone was very nice and courteous. My children quite enjoyed the pool and outdoor play area of the hotel. We would love to come back!

The facilities are very clean and very organized. The kitchen is very well equipped. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The bus to the beach is very punctual, clean and very close to the hotel, and, because it is the start point it is always empty!
The hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the sea and provides a free sun umbrella on the hotel's private beach. The rooms are small, but adequate. The breakfast was OK, nothing special, but no problem either. If you like crowded places, Bibione is nice.
The hotel has a great location and a great view of the ocean. The staff are kind and helpful, the dinner is exceptionally well prepared and is by far the buffet in Bibione. The beach area is also clean and well kept, just like the hotels swimming pool.
