The staff was great, always checking to see if everything was ok and if we needed any help getting around. The rooms were pretty good, clean, with USB chargers (which are great) and with a lot of counter space in both room and bathroom. It had good storage space and safety lock box. We had a problem with our pillows being too stiff, and the staff was so considerate and nice that they comped us all of our breakfasts, so that was definitely amazing for us. Breakfast was pretty good with all the essentials from fruit and yogurt to charcuterie, cheeses, bread, eggs and coffee. Highlight was the aceto balsamico (balsamic vinegar) they had, it was top notch best brand in the world.

The staff were excellent and the breakfast offering was delightful - both buffet and a la carte. Location was ideal, within walking distance to Piazzas and surrounding shopping & Osterias. The interiors were gorgeous, rooms were generous in size and features - the perfect blend of traditional and modern. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in Bologna.

When we arrived and walked in we were blown away by the size of the room and height of the ceilings. The shared rooms were stunningly furnished and the location was perfect. Short walk to the amazing eateries.

The very good suite like your private apartment! Very big room with king-size bed! Big TV with cable chanals, YouTube etc. The kitchen was equipped with all you may to need .
