The apartment is new, very spacious and excellent. We loved the view of the Prato della Valle (and the entertainment that it provided) the large rooms, the variety of coffee, the comfy bed, the well stocked kitchen, the security, the peace, the staff (thank you to Filippo and his staff) even the little things like pegs for washing. The photos are accurate.
Restaurants and the city are are a short walk, or catch the tram.

The apartment is modern and nice. The sofa bed had a good dimension, confortable and spacious enough for 2 children.

In the evening it is very easy to find parking, during the day it is a bit harder.
We stayed on 3 occasions within a month. The advantage for us was this is a family apartment with up to 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and fully operational kitchen, and very close to Prato della Valle and a quick walk into center of towm.
Very nice hotel in great distance from city center (under 10 minutes walk to city center - Piazza della Frutta or Prato della Valle). Staff on reception was very nice and helpfull with direction to parking, or to the city center. Hotel have a elevator for families with stroller. Drection for parking was sent via text, but I had to ask one more time upon our our arrival.
The hotel is wonderfully located, at walking distance from major landmarks such as St Anthony's basilica and Prato della Valle. Our room was spacious, very clean and well-equipped. Staff was helpful and kind. All of this for comparatively very little money! Breakfast and lunch options were also available at very reasonable prices.
The hotel is very close to Prato della Valle, Basilica of San Antonio, and Padova Botanic Garden. There are tram and bus station nearby, really convenient. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean.
There was parking on the street outside the property & we were given a code to enter the apartment so check-in was very convenient. The facilities were good and we took advantage of the washing machine as this stay was approx. half way into our tour of Northern Italy. The Scrovegni Chapel is about a 20min walk & an extra 5-10mins to get to the train station where you can grab a 20min train to Venice. The botanical garden is practically next door and the picturesque Prato della Valle is about 5 mins walk from the property.
Location of the apartment is PERFECT, in a super safe neighbourhood, 7mins from Prato della Valle, 1min from a big supermarket and tram and bus stops. Everything is nearby. There is a beautiful balcony, having a breakfest on there was such a joy. The apartment is completely new, the kitchen has everything needed, and the bed is comfortable.
