Old building rooms - ask for one with a view of the floodlit basilica opposite. Be prepared for bells, but not all night.

Fantastic location especially if you have a car. They have a car park one min walk from the hotel and the hotel itself is superbly located for reaching the main sights of Padua on foot. Great pizzeria 20 metres away too.

The Majestic Toscanelli is a sophisticated boutique hotel in Padua historic centre, 100 metres from Piazza Delle Erbe.
The location was unbearable and the rooms was super clean!

Shaped more like a massive ellipse than a square, it’s easy to see that Prato della Valle was built on the ruins of a Roman amphitheatre. The grassy island in the centre provides a much-beloved green space for Paduans and visitors alike, and on Saturdays there is a lovely market. On any day of the week, the park makes for a wonderful afternoon of relaxing.

The apartment is very centrally located with gorgeous views across Prato della Valle. Newly refurbished and extremely comfortable with good quality fittings - we enjoyed a very comfortable sleep and the building is very quiet.
The hotel is situated in the heart of the historical city center at 3 mins walk to Prato Della Valle, which enables access to all public transport means. Staff was so nice and available and I really enjoyed the stay.
The host was really nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean, with working air conditioning very useful in high temperatures. Great location, 5 minutes from Prato della Valle.
Comfortable and quiet place to stay in Padova, very close to San Antonio Basilica and Prato della Valle, nice walk in the historical streets to the old city, we loved it. Hotel's staff was very nice and getting a parking slot for 14€ was worth it because parking a car in Padova is a nightmare. Moreover, there's a delicious place to get a breakfast just at the bottom of the building. Really a perfect stay.
I liked friendly staff who showed me the room and how to set up everything. There was really good air-conditioning in the room. It my first experience in the hotel like this. I liked the art in the hallway. The hotel was close to Prato Della Valle (5-10 minutes of walk) and it took cca 25 minutes to get to main train station in Padova by walk.
It's quite close to Orto Botanico and Prato della Valle, both of which were among the highlights of our short stay in Padova. The host is really kind and makes check-in very smooth. From the balcony you have a view of the Sant Antonio Basilica. The apartment is spatious, clean and well equipped.
The apartment is new, very spacious and excellent. We loved the view of the Prato della Valle (and the entertainment that it provided) the large rooms, the variety of coffee, the comfy bed, the well stocked kitchen, the security, the peace, the staff (thank you to Filippo and his staff) even the little things like pegs for washing. The photos are accurate.
Restaurants and the city are are a short walk, or catch the tram.

location was perfect - there was only a short walk up to Prato della Valle; the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was very nice; the hotel was super clean;
We stayed on 3 occasions within a month. The advantage for us was this is a family apartment with up to 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and fully operational kitchen, and very close to Prato della Valle and a quick walk into center of towm.
There was parking on the street outside the property & we were given a code to enter the apartment so check-in was very convenient. The facilities were good and we took advantage of the washing machine as this stay was approx. half way into our tour of Northern Italy. The Scrovegni Chapel is about a 20min walk & an extra 5-10mins to get to the train station where you can grab a 20min train to Venice. The botanical garden is practically next door and the picturesque Prato della Valle is about 5 mins walk from the property.
