The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk from the vibrant town center, which is full of restaurants and shops. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. While we couldn’t bring our bikes into the room, there is a secure bike storage room with cameras and restricted access, which was reassuring. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The accomodation was all you ever wanted from the very first moment! Since the bus left me nowhere in Ponte di Legno, signor Sergio, the manager of the hotel, came to pick me up and drove me to the hotel. Singor Sergio also woke up to bring us to the station at 3.30 in the morning. Greatest thanks!
Three days spent in the Pallace Pontedilegno were fullfiled with kindness, smiling faces and respect.
Van brings you to the ski center each morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon. The breakfast is simple, but the dinner is wonderful! So Italian, fresh and delicious.
The apartment is spacious and clean, with wonderful view of Ponte di Legno and ski area. The price is more than fair for the service provided.

Great Mountain resort area, not so “fancy” like others location in the Alpine area but substantially equal or better. Plenty of options and things to do.
Restaurant KRO was great and also 75 for an “aperitivo”.
Do not miss to visit “Il Pastaio” if you fancy some fresh pasta and food to prepare in your home.
Everything. But first of all, thanks to Silvia, her brother and all the staff we felt very good, welcomed, like at home. They arranged dinner for us, in their in-house pizzeria (pizza was delicious), or in other charming restaurants nearby. Everyday cleaning. Good location for ⛷️, ski lifts are in few minutes by car, ski room in the hotel. Always positive attitude when asking something, thank you for your hospitality once more ;)
Everything was better than expected. Location was very good near the ski station, supermarket, restaurants, center… the staff very friendly. The cleanliness was perfect! The suit very spacious and we had everything we needed. One of the best places to stay in ponte dì legno.
