Beautifully designed and built property with interesting character. Camilla at the property is very helpful and recommended a very good local restaurant (Restaurante San Marco). Underground garage is helpful. Elevator is convenient if you overpack.

Loved the pool & spa, recreation rooms, and board games available to be loaned out. A nice break for my children from staring at screens. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially the manager and restaurant staff. Hotel location a close walk to the town centre was also very nice!

The accomodation was all you ever wanted from the very first moment! Since the bus left me nowhere in Ponte di Legno, signor Sergio, the manager of the hotel, came to pick me up and drove me to the hotel. Singor Sergio also woke up to bring us to the station at 3.30 in the morning. Greatest thanks!
Three days spent in the Pallace Pontedilegno were fullfiled with kindness, smiling faces and respect.
Van brings you to the ski center each morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon. The breakfast is simple, but the dinner is wonderful! So Italian, fresh and delicious.
The apartment is spacious and clean, with wonderful view of Ponte di Legno and ski area. The price is more than fair for the service provided.

Great Mountain resort area, not so “fancy” like others location in the Alpine area but substantially equal or better. Plenty of options and things to do.
Restaurant KRO was great and also 75 for an “aperitivo”.
Do not miss to visit “Il Pastaio” if you fancy some fresh pasta and food to prepare in your home.
Overall - it was a great stay again (it was my second time in this hotel).
Everything was perfect and above the expectations. Hotel is located in a quiet beautiful location (with great view of the mountains and valley), in a close distance to town's promenade with a variety of shops and restaurants.
Personnel is super positive, friendly and helpful. Room was extra clean, towels were changed every day. Breakfasts were very tasteful and diversified.
We all loved staying in this hotel and would like to come there again!
Good location, very calm place in walking distance to the centre of the Ponte di Legno.
Ski bus stops twice in morning just outside the house ( and twice aswell in the afternoon ). However its about 600m to the ski lifts so you can aswell walk there ( a bit uphill ) in 10 min.
The apartement is clean, nice, fully equipped, with fast wifi and lots of starage spaces. I would definitely recommend for 2 people or a family with two children ( like us ). Heating is perfect. You have a view of mountains from your window.

Garni Cristallo hotel in a boutique one, located 5 min walk from the town center. rooms are spacious with lots of storing area, large bathroom, and very clean. the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind assisting with restaurant reservations and ski questions. breakfast is generous with large variety and high quality.
The hotel is rather close to the city center, cafes, ski zone of Ponte di Legno and to the route to Passo Tonale. It's old-fashioned, with 1970s furniture and design, but it's very clean, with good linen, and provides free breakfast.
The breakfast is continental style, with jam sandwiches, croissants and coffee.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly ad helpful, especially the reception lady that was pregnant. My friend was feeling poorly on the last morning and didn't come down for breakfast, but I was allowed to take a hot drink and some food back to my room for her :-)
A very welcoming hotel, nothing was too much trouble and the host was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to offer advice on the local ski areas and also possibilities for summer sporting activities, Daniel, Rotherham, England.
The hotel is nicely located, in a building that once was a convent, with great views on the mountains (I took the slightly more expensive room with a view). The staff were very friendly. There is also a Spa which I used for an hour.
Absolutely excellent hotel. Being able to walk to the lift in 2 minutes is amazing. Easy parking, wonderful staff, incredible views, comfortable beds, and a wide variety at breakfast made for a perfect stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Hotel Mirella is beautifully located in the middle of Ponte di Legno. You can reach everything without the car. Facilities like Pool, Gym and Playground are super. Breakfast was good
