It was one of the best stays ever. We had the Royal suite which has the real Florentine vibe thanks to 5+ meter high old fresque painted ceiling, wooden floors and it is very spacious and comfortable. Good matress and comfortable bathroom with premium bath essentials. Very kind an friendly service from all the staff team. They helped us with the parking and luggage and recommended a nice restaurant for dinner 🥂

We liked everything. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Breakfast was perfect. We were a family of 4 and they accommodated us with an extra bed. If we come back to Florence, we will stay here. Leonardo was the best. His recommendations are very helpful.

Perfectly located hotel near Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Duomo, and amazing restaurants. Easy walk to everything! Rooms are quirky and modern but our rooms were dark with just a light well. Rooftop is amazing for breakfast or drinks. Good restaurant recommendations from concierge. Returned multiple times to Osteria Porcellino.

The apartment is located in the heart of Oltrarno, a spectacularly beautiful neighborhood across the river from the (very crowded) center of Florence. The unit is small and spartan, but comfortable. Very close to the extraordinary Pitti Palace, amazing gardens, great neighborhood restaurants and shopping.
We loved the location of the property with walking distance to the Academia and Uffuzi Galleries. We took a taxi to the Pitti Palace and Bobli Gardens due to the heat, Lots of great restaurants in the area in addition to a laundromat a few blocks away.
Location was excellent. We walked to the Galleria dell’Accademia, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo), Uffizi, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. All were very easy walks. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Good security.
In a historic home, we definitely wish we had more time to stay here! Beautifully decorated with period furnishings, very spacious and extremely comfortable (we rented a suite). This was a splurge stay for us, and I’m glad we did. Right across from Pitti Palace, and close to Ponte Vecchio.
The apartment is great and everything was perfect. The location is next to the Pitti palace and in the historic center of the city. The hosts were very helpful and avalible all the time. The apartment is perfect for couples, equiped with all the stuffs that you need (iron, hairdryer, tv, dishwasher...). I highly recomend it.
The location was perfect, 5-10 minute walk and then you’re in the heart of Florence. Close to Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens and lots of wonderful restaurants and bars. 5 minutes and you’re at the picturesque Arno river.
Amazing hotel - FANTASTIC location positioned minutes between Pitti Palace and the Ponte Vecchio bridge, plenty of restaurants around too. Hotel is clean and staff were very attentive to any needs. Breakfast was a great spread, and a bonus that we could eat it on the terrace with such lovely views across the city. Would highly recommend reserving dinner on the terrace one night, the view is just beautiful!
