The staff were excellent and the breakfast offering was delightful - both buffet and a la carte. Location was ideal, within walking distance to Piazzas and surrounding shopping & Osterias. The interiors were gorgeous, rooms were generous in size and features - the perfect blend of traditional and modern. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in Bologna.

The location was amazing, right on the piazza maggiore with plenty of bus services nearby and only a 20 minute walk to the train station. Facilities were all great, even more than we needed but was fully equipped with laundry facilities and everything and loads of space in the apartment. The service was also fantastic from the people who lease the property and very thorough and helpful with contact via WhatsApp. The apartment also felt very secure and safe with multiple very good locks on the door and everything.
Comfortable and a good location with a 7/8 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Clean apartment exactly as shown on the photos. The owner Giovanni met us a the entrance and explained everything about the apartment and has a file on places to see/ history. Some lovely restaurants within a short walking distance.
Charming old fashioned hotel about 10mins walk from the Piazza Maggiore. Room for 3 was neatly laid out, with a little privacy divider between the double and the single bed. Bathroom was very nice - a little old fashioned in the fittings, but very clean. Lots of towels and nice complimentary toiletries. Cute little Juilet balcony with a patio door. Wifi worked fine and the fact that breakfast was included was a nice touch - often in tourist places, it's a charged extra.
I rate my stay here very positively. Contact with Riccardo was fantastic - he was very helpful, he immediately answered all questions. The apartment is well-equipped and well located: in the center, 2 minutes from the train station, 10-15 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. I recommend this apartment!
The apartment is located in a great spot, close to the train station, Piazza Maggiore and has a supermarket nearby. This basically allows to sightsee Bologna on foot and to have a great connection to other towns in Emilia-Romagna by train.

Apartment is conviently located 10 min walking distance from Piazza Maggiore. Everything is within reach - park, public transport, main tourist objectives, breakfast options, restaurants, etc. Daniele was very knowledgeable, kind and prompt with everything we needed.
We really liked the apartment, especially the fact that it is located 2 minutes from Piazza Maggiore and very close to the main attractions of the city. The room is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a snack or breakfast.
The Suite Hotel Elite is located in the centre of Bologna, not far from the historical centre like Piazza Maggiore with Fountain of Neptune and the Basilica of St Petronio. The hotel is modern inside, and all pieces of furniture in my room number were fine.
