Pleasantly surprised to find breakfast provided in the room and replenished every day. A very satisfying croissant and French toast with jam. Delicious.
Short, atmospheric walk to the main centre. Perugia not suitable for the immobile and the hotel did have two flights of stairs but easy steady climb and worth it for the bedroom views.

Great place to use as a base for visits in and around Perugia. A short walk from the restaurants, bars and attractions in the town centre, and very easy to get to the main Perugia train station for day trips further afield using the minimetro to get up and down the steep hills. Sylvia was a very friendly and welcoming host. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and also provided some excellent recommendations for things to see/do and places to eat.
The location is so close to everything I wish to visit and lots of good restaurants/fast foods shop available. It is a short walk to the minimetro station where you can go to Perugia train station. Stayed in single room and it was just perfect for my needs. The staff is friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out process.
A very large apartment, well fitted out with a modern bathroom and kitchen, new appliances and charming decor. A small balcony overlooking a nearby square is a nice bonus. The apartment is well located in the historic centre of Perugia and is close to the Pincetto minimetro stop which brings visitors into the city directly from Perugia train station. Susanna is a lovely host who communicates quickly on WhatsApp and makes you feel very welcome.
The location was perfect. Just a few minutes from the Minimetro. Making accessibility to the Centro easy and to the main Perugia train station just 2 stops away. Also lovely Cafe and bar only about 5 mins walk away and the Coop supermarket nearby. Everyone in this area of Coronese is very helpful
And friendly too. Our landlady, Catania was wonderful and extremely helpful especially when we needed a taxi and our phones stopped working. Great stay!!
The accommodation is situated close to the main Perugia train station. Excellent, themed, en suite rooms - with a basic breakfast provided and continuous use of the kitchen area allowed.
The property is located within an easy walking distance of the Perugia train station and is a one-bedroom flat in a big apartment block. It is well maintained and has all the facilities to make cook breakfast or dinner. Although I stayed on my own it is suitable to host groups of 3 or even 4 people. The hosts were also attentive and nice, when they got to the property and very helpful is addressing any questions.
This hotel has the perfect location - 5 min walk to city centre and 2 min walk to the "mini-metro" (which is actually a funicular that takes you from Perugia train station up the hill, on which Perugia is built). The staff was super nice- I have food allergies and they let me use the microwave to heat my own food. The rooms open onto an inner courtyard.
