The Hotel proprietor Michele was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we found the place where we booked to park the car. The hotel is very close to the centre near Piazza IV Novembre, a few minutes walk and told us the places of interest and local cafes and places to eat. A very enjoyable stay at his Hotel. A quirky hotel with the Jazz theme but very nicely done. Staff were helpful in getting tickets for the train into the historic centre of Perugia. Excellent breakfast. Main reason we booked this hotel was for the outside pool which was great but wearing the swimming cap in the pool was a bit strange.

Very good location, n front of the Perugia train station. Excellent supermarket very close to the hotel. Reception was very good. Nice coffee house near by. Very close to the mini-metro, to go to historic center.
Great place to use as a base for visits in and around Perugia. A short walk from the restaurants, bars and attractions in the town centre, and very easy to get to the main Perugia train station for day trips further afield using the minimetro to get up and down the steep hills. Sylvia was a very friendly and welcoming host. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and also provided some excellent recommendations for things to see/do and places to eat.
A very large apartment, well fitted out with a modern bathroom and kitchen, new appliances and charming decor. A small balcony overlooking a nearby square is a nice bonus. The apartment is well located in the historic centre of Perugia and is close to the Pincetto minimetro stop which brings visitors into the city directly from Perugia train station. Susanna is a lovely host who communicates quickly on WhatsApp and makes you feel very welcome.
The location was perfect. Just a few minutes from the Minimetro. Making accessibility to the Centro easy and to the main Perugia train station just 2 stops away. Also lovely Cafe and bar only about 5 mins walk away and the Coop supermarket nearby. Everyone in this area of Coronese is very helpful

The accommodation is situated close to the main Perugia train station. Excellent, themed, en suite rooms - with a basic breakfast provided and continuous use of the kitchen area allowed.
The property is located within an easy walking distance of the Perugia train station and is a one-bedroom flat in a big apartment block. It is well maintained and has all the facilities to make cook breakfast or dinner. Although I stayed on my own it is suitable to host groups of 3 or even 4 people. The hosts were also attentive and nice, when they got to the property and very helpful is addressing any questions.
