Nice family room with old characteristics, Little balcony with breakfast in the room in the morning so nice ! Sugerstion : Please pre warn your customers if they prebooked breakfast that the room service breakfast( that was left to choose from in our room ) was not included and you need to pay separately for it.

The hotel was perfectly located for our requirement of a night stopover very near Urbe airport.The facilities and comfort surprised us,as did the very low price.Th restaurant was a real surprise in the range of menus items,quality and professional service.It was wonderful to be free from the sight or smell of pasta and fish after over two weeks in Sicily.
The bedroom had both fridge and kettle; the sheets were best quality smoothly laundered,with two top sheets of full size and NO DUVET COVER.
There was as good a bed as most five star places.The room was silent and pitch black( roller shutter) ,with powerful aircon,good lighting ,and proper furniture with drawers.
Pretentious hotel designers should look at this simple place ,and learn!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly, especially Michael the receptionist, he is very helpful. Breakfast is really good. The pool and the pool are excellent.

Very kind staff at reception and restaurant. The rooms are huge compared to any modern 3 or even 4 star hotels. But the rooms lack facilities like a mini bar or tea-coffee. Rooms need renovation as well. Very good room cleaning service.
