Location was good next to Termini station. Staff was very helpful. Room was nice and clean, location was very calm, didn't hear much noise in hotel itself as well. Definitely would recommend.

The location was amazing! It is close to the main station, and a lot of the sights are also walkable. The room was already ready for us when we arrived around 11:00. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a cozy vibe. The bathroom is nicely equipped.
