The location was an outstanding display of natural beauty. Loved the huge pool and the property looked nice on the outside. We stayed in a bungalow. Local grocer across the street was very friendly as we purchased food items to prepare our dinners.

Mondello has a lot to offer anyone, from singles, young and old, families and retirees. We went in early May, so the weather was a bit on the cool side, but there was still plenty of people on the beach. The crowd size at that time of year was manageable. There are plenty of places to eat and we enjoyed good food. It is a very walkable area. It is not a far drive from Palermo City Center (average 30 -40 minutes depending on traffic).

We tried trattoria "L'angolo di Mondello Trattoria da Franco" on Piazza Mondello and "Alle Terrazze". The first one (Franco) is a family-driven local, traditional place, the second one is a first-class restaurant with a very high standard, with excellent panorama view.

Beautiful scenery, close to Palermo, sandy beaches and few local restaurants. We were out of season so I am sure it's more buzzing during the summer. There was a great restaurant with fresh sea food just across the Art Hotel.

Mondello has all the capabilty to be a first-rate tourist destination: the sandy beach, the transparent clear water, the landscape, the old villas. I just can't understand why they can't keep the streets clean to match the natural environment. The rubbish almost ruins everything.

Mondello is a lovely little town with some good restaurants and a beautiful beach! It is only a 30 min bus ride away from Palermo and the busses are cheap and easy to navigate. It is not a party town, but was perfect for us as the beach was a 5 minute walk away as were many nice cafes and restaurants. We walked out to Capo Gallo, which was really beautiful and great to be able to jump into the ocean for a quick cooling down.
This was our first bed and breakfast experience and it couldn't have been a better experience. Claudia and Salvo was very accommodating, friendly and great host who made us feel very much at home. The space was a good size, very clean and new and the outside seating area was just lovely. The street to the beach was very pretty and lovely to walk down . All in all after 2 weeks in Sicily we can conclude that this was the best bed and breakfast we stayed in. I cannot recommend stay here enough :) thank you very much

- hosts: you want to stay there for a long-term only for the people, beautiful people, Marina and her husband that made you feel like in a family providing everything you need, and even more. Marina treated us with so many tasty things including her famous Carciofi, that now we have to come back with presents from our homes.

It's not a hotel, but neither is an airbnb. It is a room in an apartment in a block of flats located very close to the beach (across the road).
The home was very clean, the host very friendly and ready to help when needed.
Forr a short stay it's ok. The price is much cheaper compared to the hotels and the surrounding airbnbs.
I personally could not have stayed there more than 3 days (feeling locked in a box).

Location was ideal, quiet and at the same time just a short walk from Mondello beach. When travelling with children (like us), you will certainly appreciate the garden and the space for them to run around. The hosts are all very kind - even though they don't speak English (except one), they did their best to accommodate our requests and even socialize with our little girl (which she really liked!). Private parking was also a plus.
We loved the place. It had everything we needed for our stay. Some reviews mention it is far from the center of mondello beach but it’s no more than a short walk. It’s also has a super market close by and private and public beach as well. We were able to cook and sleep very well! Would definitely recommend a stay as Alberto was helpful and reachable when needed.
Location was absolutely brilliant. It’s about 40 seconds - 1 minute to get to the best restaurants. The host was extremely kind and accommodating to everything my sister and I wanted. The free bikes were such a plus. Had a lovely ride down to the beach for lunch. When I come back to Sicily, I’ll book this hotel again

The house has everything you need. It is close to the Mondello beach ( 5 min by car) as well as Palermo city center (15 min by car).

Mondello is a very nice and cozy small town with an amazing beach, with closeness to Palermo, very easy to take the bus to Palermo citycenter. Amanda was a great, friendly hostess, that gave us a lot of help and recommendations of restaurants and how to travel in the city
We experienced great hospitality and the apartment was very well equipped. Its location is perfect, close to the centre, restaurants and the beaches of the town. All the circumstances were perfect for a pleasant stay. For those who arrive by car parking is available.
The view from the apartment is divine and the apartment is well equipped and very clean. It is about 10 minutes walk from the gorgeous beach (the last portion of the driveway is steep). It has a nice bbq area! The hosts were lovely and very responsive!

It's a very calm space and the garden is at your disposal. A/C brand new and works very well. By walking 3 minutes you can join a bus stop to achieve the Mondello Beach (every 20 minutes)
